Booking Regulations

1. We accept bookings by phone or email for stays of less than seven nights; no deposit is required.
2. Bookings of seven nights or more are considered valid only after payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay. The deposit is to be sent by bank transfer within three days of receiving the offer, specifying the customer’s personal details and the period booked. Any bank fees will be charged to the customer.
3. Once the deposit has been paid, an email confirming the booking shall be sent. In case of cancellation of the reservation, the management will be entitled to the following compensation: 50% of the agreed stay from 30 days before arrival
4. In case of early departure, payment is due for the entire period booked.
5. Management reserves the right, if necessary, to change the assigned pitch number.
6. Confirmation of the booking implies acceptance of the booking conditions.
7. Prices are subject to change in the event of tax changes.
