RING ITINERARY FROM DOMASO TO GRAVEDONA

The route is regularly marked and reported on the official maps of the Italian CAI, and is obviously accessible at every point. The starting point can be reached by own or public means.

The route is of an intermediate level, i.e. for people who usually walk, but it is free of any danger.

Starting right from Domaso, near Piccolo Camping, the climb towards Vercana begins among the characteristic village streets adorned with flowers and paintings, where the view of Lake Como reigns supreme at every height. Green meadows, vineyards, chapels and viewpoints are sweet distractions that are soon replaced by the architectural beauty offered by the Church of Sant’Eusebio in Peglio.

 At every bend the panorama leaves you breathless, the colors and landscapes alternate always keeping the beautiful Lake Como as the main protagonist, which takes on always different shades. Boundless meadows alternate with romantic stretches of forest. The scent of flowers gives way to stronger smells of beaten earth and musk. Silence, interspersed with the serene chirping of birds, leaves room for moments of deep contact with oneself. It is certainly the perfect walk for those who want to experience contact with nature in total tranquility, without giving up on putting themselves to the test.

In case you don't want to close the circular path, the idea of ​​going back along the lake could be a more than valid option to end your stay in complete relaxation.
